 Home Care Aides

The home care aide is a mature, trained, supervised member of a professional team and she works according to a plan provided by the involved members of the care team.  This team may be composed of any or all of the following services: home care aide supervisor, physician, nurse, therapies and family members/care givers.

The hours of service that a client receives each week is dependent upon the amount of care that needs to be given and is decided upon during the intake visit between the home care aide supervisor and client.  The service attempts to be flexible to meet each situation.  Holiday or weekend services will be available on a temporary basis and for emergencies only.

Home Care Aide goal includes allowing a client to live and remain in their own home as long as it is safe and feasible to do so.
