• Provide Partial Health Assessment
• Health Teaching
• Routine Nail Care of Feet
• Make Referrals as Needed to Services in the Community

Hours 1:00PM -3:00PM 

Must have an appointment to be seen.

SERVICE FOR FOOT CARE IS ALSO AVAILABLE IN THE HOME FOR RESIDENTS OF CHICKASAW COUNTY WHO ARE HOMEBOUND OR HAVE A DIFFICULT TIME LEAVING THEIR HOME
